About the role

We are busier than ever and searching for an experienced Barista, to join our rapidly expanding, innovative and award-winning restaurant and bar department. Working in a fun and lively environment, you will be delivering quality guest service and Monte’s food and beverage offerings, across the Cafe.

We are looking for a Barista in a casual capacity, but full-time employment will be available for the right candidate.

What you will bring

As part of the Doma Hotels team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service and share great food and beverage experience with our customers as well as exhibiting the below:

• Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences
• Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
• Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary
• Previous barista experience
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
