About the role

Working in a fun and lively environment, Restaurant Staff will be responsible for creating surprising and memorable experiences for our guests and sharing your great local knowledge.

This role will include taking orders, serving guests, making a range of beverages, taking payment and register operation.

What you will bring

Warm customer service and a natural flair that exudes passion and ambition. You’ll be an expert at guest service and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:

• A sound ‘all-round’ beverage and cocktail knowledge
• A current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Must be experienced working in a fast-paced service environment
• Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge
• Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
• Excellent personal presentation and presence
• A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
• Availability for to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
