About the role
Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. Our latest restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and who will have the opportunity to work in a first-class dining venue and be trained by some of the very best chefs.
To be successful you must possess the following attributes.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.
- Assisting the Head Chef in planning menus and ordering food supplies
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Deliver consistency in product quality and presentation
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
