What types of DOMA R&B Gift Cards are available?
DOMA R&B offers both digital (eGift) and physical gift cards.
- Digital Gift Cards are sent instantly via email and can be used by presenting the barcode or card number on your phone or a printed copy.
- Physical Gift Cards are printed and mailed to you or your chosen recipient.
Both types can be redeemed across all DOMA-owned and operated venues in Australia.

You can purchase digital and physical DOMA R&B Gift Cards online at www.domarb.com.au/gift-cards.
Physical cards may also be available at select DOMA venues during standard business hours.

Gift cards can be loaded with any value between $20 and $5,000.
How long are DOMA R&B Gift Cards valid for?

All DOMA R&B Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is clearly stated on both digital and physical cards.
How will I receive my gift card?

- Digital Gift Cards: Delivered via email to the recipient within minutes of purchase.
- Physical Gift Cards: Delivered by post within Australia. Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post. DOMA R&B is not responsible for postal delays or lost mail once dispatched.

Yes! When purchasing online, you can nominate your recipient’s email or postal address and include a personal message.

Please check your spam or junk email folder first. If it hasn’t arrived within one hour, contact giftcards@domarb.com.au with your order details, and our team will resend it.

You can redeem your card at any DOMA-owned and operated venue in Australia, including DOMA R&B and participating restaurants, bars, and hotels.

Present your digital or physical card at the point of payment.
- Staff will scan or enter your card number and PIN.
- You can show your digital card on your phone — there’s no need to print it.
- If your total exceeds the available balance, simply pay the difference with another accepted payment method.

Yes, digital and physical gift cards can be used for online dining bookings at participating DOMA venues.
Please contact the venue directly to confirm gift card use for specific events or packages.

Yes! You can check your current card balance and expiry.
You’ll need your Gift Card Number and PIN to view the balance and expiry date.

No. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.

No. DOMA R&B Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
However, any unused balance will remain available until the card expires.

After the 36-month expiry period, any unused funds will no longer be available.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, expiry dates and conditions cannot be extended unless required by law.

Treat your gift card like cash.
DOMA R&B is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or for unauthorised use.
If you have proof of purchase, contact giftcards@domagroup.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Digital cards can be resent to the original purchaser’s email if not yet redeemed.

Can I use my DOMA R&B Gift Card for third-party bookings?
No. Gift cards can only be used at DOMA-owned and operated venues and cannot be redeemed for third-party event tickets, external catering, or non-DOMA services.

Yes. When purchasing online, you can include a short personalised message that appears with the digital card or in the physical gift envelope.

Digital Gift Cards: No delivery fee applies.
Physical Gift Cards: Standard postage or courier fees apply at checkout. Delivery times are based on Australia Post service levels.

If your card is not working or you believe there’s an error, contact giftcards@domarb.com.au within 30 days of the transaction.
