Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Activate – The initial loading of value onto a DOMA R&B Gift Card.
Card Balance – The unspent value remaining on a Gift Card.
Card Number – The 22-digit number printed on the back of a physical Gift Card or displayed on a digital Gift Card.
Expiry Date – The date shown on your Gift Card, after which any remaining funds cannot be redeemed. DOMA R&B Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Card – The DOMA R&B Gift Card issued under these Terms & Conditions.
DOMA Group – DOMA Group and all related entities, subsidiaries and affiliates from time to time.
DOMA Venues – All hospitality, entertainment and accommodation venues owned and operated by DOMA Group, including DOMA R&B and other participating venues. A current list is available at www.domarb.com.au.
PIN – The 4-digit security code printed on or provided with the Gift Card.
Redeem – Using a Gift Card to pay for goods or services at a DOMA Venue.
Website – www.domarb.com.au or other official DOMA websites.

“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to DOMA Group. “You” or “your” refers to the purchaser or holder of a DOMA R&B Gift Card.

By purchasing, activating or using a DOMA R&B Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Gift Cards may be redeemed only at DOMA-owned and operated venues.
It is your responsibility to ensure any recipient is aware of these Terms.
Gift Cards must not be used in any unlawful, misleading or harmful way.
Redemption is always subject to the relevant venue’s policies and conditions of entry.

Purchase online at www.domarb.com.au/gift-cards or in person at selected DOMA venues.
Minimum load: $20 – Maximum load: $5,000 per card.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others shown at checkout.
DOMA may refuse or cancel any order (including bulk or commercial orders) at its discretion.
Physical cards are delivered via Australia Post to Australian residential or business addresses only. DOMA is not responsible for delays or loss during postage.
Risk passes to you once the Gift Card has been dispatched.

Redeem your DOMA R&B Gift Card for dining, beverages, accommodation and other goods or services at any participating DOMA Venue.
Gift Card holders must be 18 years or older when redeeming in licensed venues and may be asked to present valid photo ID.
If your purchase exceeds the available balance, pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be reloaded, and cannot be used to buy additional Gift Cards.
Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase; any remaining balance after expiry is forfeited.
Check your balance online or at participating venues.
No change will be given for unused balances. The remaining value can be applied to future purchases until the balance reaches $0 or the card expires.
Gift Cards cannot be used for third-party bookings, ticketing, or external event transactions.

Treat your Gift Card like cash. DOMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
DOMA may suspend or cancel a card if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Cards purchased through unauthorised resellers will not be honoured.
Replacement of damaged cards may be considered upon proof of purchase, at DOMA’s discretion.

DOMA Gift Cards must not be used in marketing, advertising or promotional activities without prior written approval.
Unauthorised use of DOMA Group names, logos or venue branding is strictly prohibited.

DOMA collects and manages personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
We collect your details to process Gift Card purchases, verify transactions and improve our services.
Your information may be shared with trusted third-party providers or disclosed as required by law.
By purchasing a Gift Card, you consent to DOMA contacting you with updates and marketing communications consistent with our Privacy Policy.

DOMA Gift Cards are accepted as a form of payment at all DOMA-owned and operated venues across Australia.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Statutory consumer guarantees under Australian law remain unaffected.
